What to Expect

Get ready for an engaging, deep dive into Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This isn't just a lecture; it's an interactive experience designed to give you everything you need to start using DBT right away.

Everything was structured well and I never felt confused by the content because it was explained well, even though there was a lot of information covered. Loved the integration of using skills as icebreakers so we could learn the skills in a more hands on way.

Understanding the elements of DBT, especially specific dialectics and stages of treatment provided a strong foundation to understand the theory and application of DBT beyond simply utilizing skills without a strong theoretical foundation. I found understanding the stages of treatment, relevant dialectics, and treatment targets was extremely helpful in connecting theory and practice.
